Business resilience refers to a company's ability to recover quickly from unforeseen events such as cyber-attacks, supplier failure or any crisis that directly or indirectly impacts your business.
Here are the challenges that businesses can face when trying to build up their resilience:
- Analyse your business and its critical suppliers: The first step in implementing a resilient strategy involves carrying out an in-depth analysis of your processes and your business. This will enable you to identify potential disruption scenarios and implement various plans to minimise their impact.
- Manage your supply chain: Beyond the sphere of your own business, you also need to pay particular attention to your supply chain. Is it robust and capable of withstanding disruption? This includes IT suppliers as well as those suppliers directly involved in the business. Mapping the latter is therefore essential.

With your crisis committee, work out the various response scenarios in advance so that you are ready on D-day. These scenarios must nevertheless be regularly reviewed, improved and tested.

The platform is available in SaaS mode (Software-as-a-service) or as software to be installed locally (licence).
