using our cyber resilience software platform

Business continuity, an essential part of your strategy

Managing your business continuity can sometimes be a complex process. There are many elements to take into account, and centralising resources can quickly become essential to the success of certain exercises.

Why EBRC?

EBRC was founded in 2000 with the aim of becoming a European centre of excellence for the management and protection of sensitive information.
EBRC, then known as the e-Business Recovery Center, offered Resilience and Recovery services to companies in Luxembourg. Resilience is still part of our company's DNA.

Business continuity, a major pillar of a sustainable company

Business resilience refers to a company's ability to recover quickly from unforeseen events such as cyber-attacks, supplier failure or any crisis that directly or indirectly impacts your business.

Here are the challenges that businesses can face when trying to build up their resilience:

  1. Analyse your business and its critical suppliers: The first step in implementing a resilient strategy involves carrying out an in-depth analysis of your processes and your business. This will enable you to identify potential disruption scenarios and implement various plans to minimise their impact.
  2. Manage your supply chain: Beyond the sphere of your own business, you also need to pay particular attention to your supply chain. Is it robust and capable of withstanding disruption? This includes IT suppliers as well as those suppliers directly involved in the business. Mapping the latter is therefore essential.
  3. Be prepared to manage a crisis: There is no such thing as zero risk, and you need to be prepared to deal with a crisis so that you can respond quickly and effectively in the event of disruption. Setting up a crisis management team, training your staff and implementing emergency response procedures are all scenarios that need to be prepared in advance if you want to be able to respond effectively.
  4. Communicate with your employees, customers, suppliers and the press: Communicating with your stakeholders is an essential step in the event of a crisis. With your crisis committee, work out the various response scenarios in advance so that you are ready on D-day. These scenarios must nevertheless be regularly reviewed, improved and tested.

Centralize your resources efficiently with the Cyber-Resilience Portal

To reduce the complexity of developing and maintaining business continuity management processes, EBRC offers to centralise your resources and scenarios within a single software platform: the Cyber-Resilience Portal.

This platform reflects EBRC's know-how and expertise in business continuity management. Using a user-friendly interface, it enables the assessment, arbitration and monitoring of a system's resilience by providing an overview of the company's business activities. The platform is available in SaaS mode (Software-as-a-service) or as software to be installed locally (licence).

Centralise your documents and resources on a single platform: The Cyber-Resilience Portal is made up of several modules that enable you to:

  • Centralise the documents you need for the BCMS (Business Continuity Management System), manage your licences and customise the various modules by adapting the views or items displayed.
  • List and define all your organisation's business activities, so you can export reports and analyse your key metrics.
