System Engineer Endpoint Support (m/f) - Permanent Contract

As part of the development of its "Trusted Services Europe", at national level and at European level, EBRC is seeking to recruit a: System Engineer Endpoint Support(m/f) – Permanent Contract
As a « System Engineer Endpoint Support », you will:
- Ensure the follow-up of the activities within the framework of the Business Continuity Services;
- Ensure the good management of the IT park (PC, devices, multifunction printers, smartphones, etc.);
- Participate in the selection, monitoring and maintenance of software (e.g. Windows, MS Office, Antivirus, etc.);
- Show initiative and be a force of proposal within the framework of the continuous improvement of the internal IT solutions;
- Ensure the availability and quality of IT support procedures for end-users and IT Analysts on the support desk;
- Resolve problems and manage Incidents and Service Requests;
- Perform risk analysis and ensure proper documentation of procedures for change management.
Your profile :
- You have a degree in computer science and at least 3 years experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken;
- You have a perfect command of the following front office tools:
- Hardware (PC and devices, Microsoft OS)
- Software (MS Office, Teams, Webex, Acrobat, etc.)
- Canon/HP printers
- Apple Smartphone;
- You are familiar with Azure/Office365, MS Active Directory/GPO, Citrix Desktop, MS SCCM/Intune, etc.;
- You are familiar with the fundamental processes of ITIL;
- You have network knowledge: DHCP, DNS, SMTP, FTP;
- Available and flexible, you are willing to work on-call hours to ensure the continuity of services subscribed by our customers.
