System Engineer - Business Continuity Services (M/F) - CDI

As part of the development of its “Trusted Services Europe”, both nationally and internationally, EBRC is seeking to recruit a : System Engineer-Business Continuity Services (M/F) - CDI

 

Mission:

  • You will be responsible for the technical implementation of our customers' business continuity plans in our data centers;
  • You will plan, coordinate and manage the deployment tests carried out for our customers;
  • You have good analytical skills, enabling you to react quickly to complex problems;
  • You have a good knowledge of the various Microsoft platforms and underlying software (MS Exchange, Active directory...);
  • You have excellent development skills and are involved in the maintenance and evolution of our business continuity solutions;
  • Your customer orientation drives you to find appropriate solutions, even outside your area of responsibility;
  • You participate in the documentation of the various environments and in the drafting of procedures;
  • You identify and subdivide the service into different components (technical, application, process);
  • You validate the service design and its ability to support the required service levels;
  • You participate in the definition of service resilience (Availability Management).
  • You act as coordinator and validate the implementation of various monitoring and reporting elements.

 

Profile:

  • You have a degree in computer science (BAC+3) and ideally two to four years' experience in a similar position;
  • You are familiar with the following Microsoft products: Microsoft Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows 10 and 11;
  • You have experience in several development languages (Powershell, VBScript, VB.net, Python....), as well as notions of VMWare (Vsphere, ESXi) and RedHat virtualization;
  • You are familiar with the fundamental ITIL processes;
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Rigorous and methodical, customer-oriented, you're passionate about new technological developments and want to get involved in ambitious projects. You are open to learning new technologies.
