The Wintel Recovery Platform (WRP) is a platform on which EBRC delivers support services to enable the recovery of IT infrastructures in case of disaster.
Specifications
The WRP is hosted on the EBRC Trusted Cloud and consists in providing CPU, RAM and persistent storage in case of invocation.
To perform the restore stage, an optional tape drive could be provided or Trusted Backup and Recovery Solution (TBRS) could be used.
EBRC Trusted Cloud is based on VMware and could run 32 and 64 bits OS.

Tests
A minimum of one test per year is mandatory
Duration: 2 testing days are included in the yearly subscription
Booking: 60 days before test day
One technician will be available upon request during the test with a maximum of 4 hours of support
A Test Booking Sheet will be completed for each test (preparation, tests, debriefing). This document contains every information related to the test
A Test Assessment Form or Client Satisfaction Survey will be filled after each test
