This international Information Technology – Service Management standard comprehensively defines the requirements for a service provider to deliver ICT Managed Services meeting the client's requirements with the highest level of satisfaction. 

This certification requires the definition of a Service Management Quality system, the implementation of 13 processes (based on ITIL best practices), structured around a continual improvement framework.
