EBRC Client Care Centre monitors and manages clients operations. It is positioned to serve the growing community of EBRC clients.
The Operations Centre handles incidents and requests, and provides an interface with other activities such as Change, Problem, Configuration, Release, Service Level and Service Continuity Management as defined within the ITIL framework.
